“Music for Future” Sponsorship of 100 Million AMD: “Renshin” Investing in the Future of Armenian Music

Following the recently signed memorandum between “Renshin urban investments” and “Music for Future” foundation, the company provided 100 million AMD to the foundation within the framework of its sponsorship.

Acknowledging the importance of investing in Armenian culture and the education of future generations, “Renshin” continues to support institutions that contribute to the development of cultural life in Armenia, this time becoming the sponsor of “Music for Future”.

The foundation unites young, talented musicians, providing them with versatile education,  international collaborations, and special master classes with the masters of the field.

Now, also with the help of Renshin, the future virtuosos will get the chance to be involved in a special environment, where they can develop, gain international recognition, and perform on the most prestigious stages.
“Renshin”’s sponsorship of 100 million drams will be directed to the development of the foundation’s new programs and international collaborations. However, Renshin’s support is not only financial; it is a targeted investment in the field of education and talent development, which will become the basis for the society of the future, based on cultural values.

“For us, as an investment company, this is not just an investment. This is our social responsibility for the education, development, and continuous growth of our generations as part of the bright future of our country. The formation of environments and quality lifestyles has always been the base for “Renshin”’s agenda. As this environment centers around the person, this collaboration is exactly about that. It is our contribution to the formation of a sustainable future for people,” Ani Mavyan, Director of Strategic Development of “Renshin,”  mentioned in her speech.

“I am very grateful for this opportunity, because this memorandum allows us to expand the number of children in the foundation, which is the main mission for me and my colleagues. We live in Armenia and we have talents that meet international standards,” said Sergey Smbatyan, Principal Conductor of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of “Music for Future.”

One of the beneficiaries of the foundation, Mark (14), recently won first place at the Beethoven Competition in Vienna. He shared that out of all the master classes organized with the famous musicians and pianists from different countries, the one with Giuliano Mazzoccante impressed him the most.

By giving future virtuosos the opportunity to reach global stages, the collaboration between “Renshin” and “Music for Future” will open a new chapter in the Armenian music industry.
